Point System for Reimbursement!



  1. Must be an active paid member of APhA-ASP
  2. Must obtain a minimum of 12 points by APhA Annual Meeting (March 4-7th, 2015)
  3. Must provide receipt of payment to Finance + Fundraising Vice President


Point Allocations:


1 point:

  • Attend GBM*
  • Join a committee*
  • Attend scheduled committee meeting**
  • Bonus for attending event hosted by a campus other than your own**
  • Attend APhA-ASP event/forum (minimum participation 1 hour)**
  • Membership dues paid to APhA before October 3rd*


2 points:

  • Volunteering for APhA-ASP event**
  • Attend MPhA meeting


3 points:

  • Run for a regional position


4 points:

  • Attend Midyear Regional Meeting


5 points:

  • Obtain regional position
  • Run for national position


7 points:

  • Obtain national position


*   Executive members NOT eligible

** Executive members only eligible for points if outside your own committee/event
