Mission
SPA will strive to spread awareness of drug abuse to both the local students of the University of Maryland Baltimore community and the Baltimore city community.
Purpose
SPA will execute drug abuse awareness by:
(1) holding drug abuse awareness campaigns within the student community
(2) facilitating community outreach services where SPA members seek out at risk communities and educate them about drug abuse.
